Both T. Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar taught their students individually and very differently. As yoga therapists we do the same. In the eighth of these important yoga therapy sessions, a key yoga text will be used as a framework to guide yoga therapists through a deeper understanding of yoga’s approach to help others in the difficult situations that come as a part of every day life.
