Both T. Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar taught their students individually and very differently. As yoga therapists we do the same. In the fifth of these important yoga therapy sessions, a key yoga text will be used to guide yoga therapists with the deeper understanding behind this approach to identify how to help their students in the difficult situations that come as part of daily life.
